Pairings: An ideal food wine. Raccommended on with italian starters, or mid structured first courses, lake fish and sea food.
Service temperature: 8-10°C
Colour: Straw yellow color with amber hues
Pafrume: Wide smell of white fruit like pear, apricot and ananas.
Taste: Fresh, slightly sour and drinkable. The right acidity makes this wine very versatile. Clean finish with a pleasant almond aftertaste.
A pleasant white wine, that reflects the tradition of the Umbrian terroir.

OENOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Vinification:Static cold decanting of the must and fermentation at controlled temperature of 16°C for about 10 days. Refining ‘sur lie’ after the first racking until the followed spring when the bottling occours.
Allergens:Contains sulphites

Aging: exclusively in steel on its fine lees until bottling
Bottle aging: 3 months
Average life of wine: not less than 4 years
