The right acidity makes this wine very versatile. Clean finish with a pleasant almond aftertaste.

OENOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS Vinification:Static cold decanting of the must and fermentation at controlled temperature of 16°C for about 10 days. Refining ‘sur lie’ after the first racking until the followed spring when the bottling occours. Allergens:Contains sulphites
