OENOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Vinification white wine: vinification with static cold decanting of the must and subsequent fermentation at 16 ° for about 10 days. The wine with the first racking undergoes the assembly of the varieties then the stop on its fine lees, then the blend and aging until the preparation of bottling. No malolactic.
