In strict respect of the environment, our modern cellar is designed to provide a qualified oenological production: from autochthonous varieties like the Grechetto vinified either in purity or in blend with the Trebbiano to create the Orvieto Classico, up to international varieties such as the Viognier, an ancient vine of French origin, and the elegant Chardonnay. Among black berry varieties, the Syrah – a vine of ancient oriental origins – when joined with the Malbec offers us a wine with a soft and fruity taste
that is immediately pleasing and enjoyable. The Merlot, the autochthonous Montepulciano and the Cabernet Sauvignon characterize the Rosso Orvietano DOC, which is full of character and pleasant to both taste and smell. Cabernet Franc, with its typically herbaceous notes, is vinified in purity and aged for a year in French oak barrels, where it acquires all its longevity and softness.
The elegance of the bottles is also given by the particularity of the labels, which recall Etruscan inscriptions discovered in the area surrounding the cellar.
